No I wouldn't. Well, not unless I really had to. When I can go to the local store and buy jeans for $20, and shirts for $10, I really don't see the need.
I don't know if a consignment store is the same as a thrift store, but I shopped at consignment stores a lot when I was still in college. Although I don't shop at them much anymore, I still check them out from time to time and if something catches my eye, heck yea I will get it!
