i don't get why is everyone in this thread bashing the girl,she sounds alright to me,the weird part is that like 70% of OTers mentioned shortness and nice breasts ans a must have for a dream girl and yet they called this girl a stupid case for a date.

Guy, that just makes her a nerd. Doesn't mean she's 'the one'. Damn, 2011 and guys still think women who play video games are some rare commodity. Dating her just because she's hot and games is a pretty stupid reason.

I thought I wanted a "gamer girl" girlfriend... but then when I started my relationship with my current girlfriend (who barely plays games) I found it wasn't necessary. She understands that I have been playing games all my life, really enjoy playing them, and will probably end up making a career out of them. What makes her really attractive to me is the fact she can accept that and love me for who I am, and not fulfill some idealistic fantasy I set up before getting involved in relationships.

She also is getting more into games now that she spends time with me (well, we've been living together for over a year now, so we spend a lot of time together).

Find someone who can accept you and love you for who you are, not someone who fulfills an idealized notion of what you "want." Sometimes, someone with entirely different interests can introduce you to new things you'd never thought you could enjoy.
