I do somewhat agree that she is talented. I enjoy the versions of her songs where she plays piano live, and I respect that she actually writes her own lyrics. The popular ones always get the most hate. I know a lot of people who hate popular things just because they dont want to be conformist. In responce to that I just tell them that they are conforming to non conformity, which tends to make their heads explode. However not everyone here hates popular things because they are popular. Sometimes they just dont like the music.

So because no other artist can wear latex in their music video, dance, have a bra thats not a normal bra, or have any religious imagery without being called a Madonna rip off? Im not even a huge fan of Madonna and I could have come up with better reasons why Gaga's video is similar to Madonna which just leads me to believe you don't really know much about either of them. I'm defensive because people on this site just throw hatred her way because she's different and popular. Well I guess the haters think she sucks but 10 million people prove that she doesn't. IDK lol. Anyways people also tend to hate Justin Beiber because he's a teenager and the one comment I see about him is that he needs to hit puberty. Honestly I don't hate him or I don't like him but im not making threads about him because of it. He actually has 2 songs that are pretty good.

Yeah, which is why I'm puzzled by Gaga's comment that Madonna was the first revolution of pop music and she is the second. You can't be the second revolution when you're retreading the first revolution. I'm not saying she's a Madonna clone to the T, but she's definitely trying to create a lot of her various career arcs.
