No I don't celebrate Christmas anymore. I'll pick up a gift for a friend of mine, but that's about the extent of any holiday celebrations from me.

I'm not religious at all, yet I still celebrate Christmas and Hanukkah with my family. That is all it is really about for me - getting to spend time with my family.

My family does, so yes. I myself don't care much for it. I wouldn't mind it so much if it wasn't so overdone. I get tired of hearing about it for a month.

I absolutely celebrate Christmas. It's the celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

And I despise all this nonsense about "Happy Holidays"and "Holiday Tree" and stuff like that.

MathMattS

Good news then, I've decided to drop the happy holidays thing entirely. With that being said, merry Solstice! May you enjoy the festival of lights, the celebration of the re-birth of the sun, and the tradition of putting gifts under the fir trees to symbolize good harvest to come!

Oh, and "Thus saith the Lord, learn not the way of the heathen...For the customs of the people are vain; for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. They deck it with silver and gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not."

Just a question for all you folks, do you celebrate Christmas ?

Assassinslay

I visit my family during Christmas but I don't celebrate it. I don't give gifts and I rarely receive them except for my Dad. I find it an annoying time of the year because I have to rearrange my schedule for others.

I think some people here are confused about what Christmas actually is, celebrating the Birth of Christ, spreading love (not the nasty way) and cherishing your loved ones. I'm pretty sure a lot of people here are non-believers so I don't think they celebrate the Birth of Christ. A lot of people here just celebrate December 25 and not necessarily Christmas. To answer your question I myself do celebrate Christmas.
