Can I have multiple musical obsessions? If so, Ghostland Observatory, Justice, and TV on the Radio. If not, too bad. This will change by the end of the month (at the latest).

Nope, but I'm not really a fan of Mike Patton. I've only heard Bird's Eye because I'm a Serj Tankian fan. I might check out some of Mike Patton's music though.
Justice. I've always been a Daft Punk man, you can beleieve that, but Justice are slowly creepin up on me and have been since about June. I'm entirely crushed that I can't go to see their DJ set / new year's party, but they're probably just a phase. I'll go see Daft Punk when they come out of hiding and know that I've been loyal to them the whole time. :)
I wouldn't consider my obsession just a current thing, it's not going to fade away. I've liked Pink Floyd and their lot since the first time I heard their music over 10 years ago.
I have an obsession with female vocalist so when I read that The Hush Sound had a nice female vocalist I listened to them and became obsessed with them.. :D
Velvet acid christ: i've been listening to VAC for a long time. but not all of his work obsessively. just the songs i liked most. when i'm in darker moods i like to pop in between the eyes V2, hex angel, or lust for blood. the soundbytes really get to me. can't explain it. i think it's caused a few screws to come loose in my head.
Angels & Agony: a synthpop band who's second album was produced by VNV nation's Ronan Harris. i couldn't really get into this record when i first got it. not sure why. i guess because the album has 17 tracks and never would get stuck in my head. so i had a harder time memorizing how they sounded. but then i put it in yesterday and listened to it for hours. it's got very insightful lyrics. i kinda did the same thing with their third album unison. i never really had a song that i listened to over and over. but it's a very atmospheric record. takes my brain and puts it elsewhere. i'm able to think of things other than guys on stage performing when listening to it. something not many records do.
Informatik: their newest album Beyond is my favorite from them. it uses acoustic drums and guitar. didn't expect to like it as much. but what an amazing record.
well my current musical obssession would be MSI (mindless self indulgence) i love them to bit their all so amazing!!!!!! and im going to see them in january for the first time ever!!!!!! so excited YAY!!!!!!
