Outlaw Star!sparkypants
I recently just rewatched that show, and man was it way better than I remember! It's definitely in my top ten.
I've watched a good amount of shows, most likely considered niche shows to most watchers. My favorites tied for first would have to absolutely be Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Kanon. Honorable mention goes to Great Teacher Onizuka, Guerren Lagann Tengen Toppa, and Elfen Lied.
Edit: Oh wow, its great seeing some appreciation for Higurashi, GTO, and School Rumble as well. Didn't expect this here at gamespot.
[QUOTE="VacantPsalm"]Chobits, course I've only seen two. (That and Elfen Lied.)123625
Is the anime anything like manga do you know?
For which one? I haven't read the Elfen Lied manga and I've only read the first one for Chobits. (been needing to get more) So far the manga seams REALLY fast paced. A lot of crap happened only within the first book, like half the anime it felt like.[QUOTE="123625"][QUOTE="VacantPsalm"]Chobits, course I've only seen two. (That and Elfen Lied.)VacantPsalm

I've pretty much read the entire thing and it was awsome, yet with so many things about it that I hated, and found so messed up. Just interested if it was worth it to watch the anime also, and hopefully ithey might have mproved on the original. Watched a bit of chobits too, couldn't keep me interested >_>

Naruto, and Bleach. Everything else is TERRIBLE.

Link?
What do you mean by link? If you're asking if I'm somebody named link, no. If you mean something else, then I don't know.
Code Geass, Samurai Champloo, Naruto (somewhat boring now), One Piece (one of my favorties), Lucky Star and Cyborg 009, which is very underrated.
I'll probably try out some of the animes you guys listed.
I tried to get into Bleach but I just cant.

A link to this statement.
By far, it is Dragon Ball Z. It's so tremendously stupid, yet so obscenely awesome at the same time. It's visual testosterone, being badass and idiotic all at once.
I'll post my top five like I always do.
1 Gundam 00
2 Death Note
3 Code Geass
4 Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
5 Gundam Seed

He's asking you to prove your statement that everything else is terrible.Have you actually watched an anime other than the ones you mentioned?
Akira Definitely.
Fist of the North Star is really good too. And of course I loved DBZ when I was a kid.
I also really like Naruto for some odd reason.
Feels like I've done this a thousand times >_>
Don't have a "favorite anime ever", that title seems to skip back and forward depending on time and mood... but I'll name a few anyway :P... Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, The Melancholy of Haruhi and Code Geass.
Bleach would be my current ongoing favorite.

I've got 13 volumes of the manga of Bleach. I would continue but there's something inherently unappealing about buying a neverending series.

I know what you mean, but I do expect it to end one day... I bet that when the that day comes, I'll wish that I could get just one more volume out of it.And I don't understand how you have the will power to stop at 13... that's just when that arc turns good. If I felt like that I'd finish that arc and then I'd take a huge break and come back in 5 years >_>
