EDIT: Oh, it's fixed now. Cool. I've been having the same problem here as well.
Udon. Second favorite is probably Okinawan Soba. I'm glad to see someone a huge fan of Udon as well. :)Mr_CumberdaleYou make it sound like udon fans in the West are rare. That can't be the case, can it? :(
Anyways, I also like Ramen from time to time, but after eating 'richer' noodles, ramen just isn't as tasty.

I remember when students would bring a raw Ramen package and nibble the noodles off it.
