Udon. Second favorite is probably Okinawan Soba. I'm glad to see someone a huge fan of Udon as well. :)Mr_Cumberdale

Anyways, I also like Ramen from time to time, but after eating 'richer' noodles, ramen just isn't as tasty.

Chicken-flavored Ramen noodles.

Cold soba was the bomb in Japan. I loved that stuff. There was a small restaurant right near the school I taught at that specialized in soba. Went there often for lunch.

I do love linguini as well though.

I love that stuff. I have a Vietmanese restaurant near me called Pho Nhu Vu. They have very good rice noodle bowls
