I think I like Meet the Spartans in a way though.

I really don't have a favorite parody movie but this one sure feels like one lol.

Spaceballs, Naked Gun, and Hot Shots spring to mind.

Mel Brooks movies just in general.

Not really a fan of parody movies but Naked Gun was so stupid it was actually quite enjoyable.

Don't forget Amazon Women on the Moon. An underappreciated gem.

Me and buddies were discussing since years as to why or what movie in fact SCARY MOVIE 2 made fun of with this small-hand guy, as we just can´t remember any movie having such a thing.

So could it be this guy was actually just made for SCARY MOVIE 2 and ain´t a parody-of-a-movie after all?

In fact, that guy was the funniest part of SCARY MOVIE 2, but on the other hand if a movie is supposed to be so funny with being a parody of other well-known movies and its funniest character ain´t even based on a movie, that probably speaks for the whole SCARY MOVIE series to begin with.

Parody movies have gotten really dumb in the past few years but there are some decent ones out there:

• Airplane
• Naked Gun
• Scary Movie 3
• Anchorman (is that a parody?)

I'll also include some satire:

• The Boys (series), especially season 3 but all of it, too. Probably the most accurate (painfully so) satire of America there is.
• Office Space
• Idiocracy
• Sorry to Bother You
• Jojo Rabbit
• Nightcrawler

Oh and I almost forgot one of my favorites, Tucker and Dale vs Evil. Good parody, good bromance.

Scary Movie 2. David Cross's character never fails to make me laugh.

@SolidGame_basic: Don't be a menace to South Central while drinking your juice in the hood is one of my all time favourite parodies and comedies. Love the movie and the movies it's trying to spoof.

I love documentary films and movies based on history. It may be history of animals, history of sports, history of Black Americans (https://www.aroundrobin.com/the-black-codes/), or history of the world.

Tropic Thunder is pretty funny.

Epic Movie was funny af up to the start of the Narnia portion spoof. It went from stupid hilarious to stupid stupid from there.

Funniest part was with the chocolate nuts...those who know, know 🤣
