I was evaluated as an INTJ a little while ago. It's fairly accurate for me, but not on point with everything.

I would generally agree with this assessment.

I've taken this test many times, and I always get the same result.

So many INFPs...and I'm one of them.

No kidding lol. I think it’s perfectly accurate. As soon as I saw you’re name I knew you would be a logistician.

How so?

Not all the "traits" are exact to who I am.

But in the end, these categories are merely archetypes, they are never truly exact for everyone.

Ive taken several of these tests before. They all come out as INTJ except for one which said i was equally INTJ and INTP.

it doesn't effectively discern between how you think about yourself, how you would like to think and how you actually are

there's almost a forer effect going on

it also says i'm somewhat extroverted, which is quite honestly laughable

ESFP... Yeah I pretty much agree with that.

I've taken this test twice in the past and got an INFJ both times.

What do the letters stand for in the results? So does it mean most of you guys are introverts?

INFP...I see so many of this type,and turns out that my identity is more turbulent than anything else. if I can elaborate,it means that I'm insecure since childhood, due to being a subject of laughter,and it stays in my ever-blazing soul. or in other words,I need revenge and a desire to kill those who made fun of me back then.

the extrovert/introvert ratio should be roughly 50/50, shouldn't it?

in the polls there are like 3 on the extrovert side of the spectrum and 15-20 on the introvert side ;o

I do not know if this is reliable which might be ironic if this personality test is accurate.

Yeah but this site is polling the results of members of an internet forum gaming board. The key there is that this is an internet forum gaming board. It’s no surprise a lot of us are introverted recluses. The ones who aren’t introvereted are probably bored at work or something.

@EPICCOMMANDER: yeah i see what you're getting at, and if this was the mid-to-late 90's, i would not have expected differently

but both gaming and message boards have been mainstream for a good 5-10 years now, so i kinda expected a result which would work against stereotyping

According to this test I am ISFP (The Adventurer). I did a similar test in 2009 for my college health and wellness class and I got INTJ (The Mastermind). With these types I feel that some of the descriptions fit me, and some don't. I was unsure how to answer some of those questions, particularly how far I should move the position from the middle, I usually just moved one unit, although sometimes I did two.

I like drawing and shtuff sooo I guess I agree. Only skimmed through it so I don't know what ISFPs are all about. Also, can I say I love the "variant" and "role" thing. Almost feels like I'm being classified by some government agency or I'm in an RPG.

I did the test twice, tweaking my answers a little on the second go. I got ISTP both times.

Introverted: 67%

Observant: 91%

Thinking: 40%

Prospecting: 44%

Turbulent: 35%

Honestly, these personality tests are a little difficult. I feel like I have to think of specific examples to most questions before I can give an answer. My life is so devoid of any activity that I'm surprised Introverted is only 67%. Any questions pertaining to planning annoy me because I usually don't plan stuff.

I got ISFJ - 'a defender'... which is nice.

Honestly I'm neither a extraverted or introverted. My actual personality leans more towards ambivert. I am comfortable in social situations and exhibit extravert behavior in them, but at the same time that's not necessarily what "recharges my batteries" most of the time. I value the time that I spend by myself equally to the time I spend with others and I need both in equal measure. I also learned a long time ago that being right isn't the most important thing, and I absolutely do not care what other people think of me. I used to spend time worrying about that when I was younger until I realized that it was absolutely a waste of energy. The funny thing is, how people generally responded to me became more positive after I -stopped- worrying about how people responded to me.

I got mediator. Makes sense. In the common tongue used in my area of living, which is English, I usually get told I have a "real personality" because I treat every human being the same.

My username on this site is one of many things I regret doing as a 19 year-old. Ugh.
