Out of Rap, Do What Thou Wilt > Passion Pain & Demon Slaying > Atrocity Exhibition > The Perfect Luv Tape. Not being a fanboy or anti J Cole/Drake but these albums had replay value. Yeah I put Lil Uzi Vert up there, these were the albums I replayed the most. The Kid Cudi album is growing on me but AB Soul destroyed the rap game.

RHCP had a CD this year I replayed a whole lot. ORL had 12 awesome albums and At The Drive-In dropped a fresh new single. Ohana by Pepper was good. The Wytches had the best rock album I can replay that everyday. Odd favorite of the year, Utopians album.

I don't have a list, but I do have a NUMBER 1 favorite release this year. Zao is one of my favorite bands of all time... I hope they never stop.

Zao - The Well-Intentioned Virus

(Would normally link to iTunes/Apple Music, but you can listen more easily on Bandcamp)

then why did you say anything at all? and don't you think that's a little arrogant?

i mean the people use say that usually say it for one of the following reasons:

1. they haven't looked hard enough to find music that they like.

2. they're going through a phase (that a lot of people go through, myself included) where they think music anywhere from the 60's-80's is 'real' music or anything they really like is 'real' music and consider everything else garbage.

3. they're old and haven't bothered looking up any new music so they just listen to music they enjoyed when they were younger.

i doubt 3 is your reasoning because i found that the old people who are like this don't call new music garbage. so have fun listening to the same old stuff forever :p
