When it comes to me and girls I am attempting to start a romantic relationship with usually one of the two usually happens.

• I'm "too good a friend" and a relationship would jeopardize it.
• Nonsensical drama which prevents the relationship from starting.

You don't always end up losing a friend, one girl, we both felt the same way about each other but because we were about 11 I was too stupid/immature to officially ask her out, 5 years later we are still friends and she even talked to me about the issue with the girl that I love now. The girl I love now, we are friends, and after asking her out TWICE, we still remain friends.
