If you used a cassette tape to record songs from the radio you were definitely a 90's kid.

...or 80s
Then again if you used to copy games on a tape to tape then you were most certainly an 80s kid

-When you remember Cartoon channels had quite a number of nice shows on air like Courage, Dexter, Looney Toons, Aladdin, Ducktales, Swat Cats, Pink Panther, Hey Arnold, Rocko's etc and none of that Pokemon, Doraemon, *-mon crap
-Also playing those 64 bit games which you today mostly find as arcade games

IBullseye
Bret Hart vs British Bulldog 1992 Summerslam = Best match ever.
But I assume you meant the Attitude era.
For me it was hulk hogan vs ultimate warrior at wrestlemania. At the time it was epic.[QUOTE="IBullseye"]

For Pre-Attitude, it was Shawn Vs. Bret for me.So how old you have to be to be a 90's kid? Did you have to just be born in the early 90s? Or did you have to at least grow up as a teenager then?

I seriously don't think it matters, as long as you have actual childhood memories from those days. I was born in '88 and I definitely have some very strong memories of the mid-90's and up. I'm fully familiar with all the things listed in the original post. PlayStation was primarily my thing back then. I collected the magazines that would come out once a week, I believe. Power Unlimited was another favored gaming magazine (not sure if that existed in North America).
Also, for anyone Dutch...
I know it says 1989 but man, I had so many of these as they came out throughout the 90's.

I'll punch the fvck. $hit outta this punk @ass piece of $hitty poo crap motherfvcker crap holy hell I've set up forums with FREEWARE that works better than this $hit.
- the rise and fall of Nirvana, Alanis Morrisette, Oasis, Smashing Pumpkins, and Grunge in general
- X-Files, Party of Five (Jennifer Love Hewitt, Neve Campbell), My So-Called Life, Seinfeld
- Scream and Last Summer movies
- you remember the launch of Windows '95 and the consequent rise of PC Gaming and graphics cards in early 1997
- SNES, N64, Playstation
- PC games like DOOM, original Quake, original Half-Life, Starcraft, original Diablo, Warcraft 2, Tomb Raider 1 and 2
- America Online (with chat rooms), Netscape Navigator, Pentium 1 and 2 chips, MMX (haha), Voodoo 2 graphics cards
...people born late into the 90s say their a 90s kid but you, a real 90s kid, calls bs on them and lay a smackdown on those pretenders.
That and you watched many tv shows and playing with legos was awesome.
I didn't have a videocassette, never had a DVD, hated the Power Rangers, didn't have an N64 or a PlayStation and I can't decide which is worse, Backstreet Boys or Spice Girls.
The 90s kinda' sucked in the former communist countries didn't they? The only thing we probably had in common were the cartoons and movies - but the Power Rangers really sucked hard.[QUOTE="iskeethunters"]but the Power Rangers really sucked hard.Capitan_KidGTFO
No he's right, Power Rangers was one of the worst shows ever.
[QUOTE="iskeethunters"]but the Power Rangers really sucked hard.Capitan_KidGTFO I hate something popular, f*** me right? You know what else is popular? Nicki Minaj.
