Why only 1/4 of the terrorists?  If you are going to include the entire administration, and all the people I hate, why not all the terrorists??

Bush gets the main blast from the bomb, then the radioactive fallout travels to the right and finishes off everyone I dislike.

Shooting 1/4 of the terrorists will do absolutely nothing. Therefore, I would shoot Bush and his cabinet.
