And they're a member of the opposite sex, what do you do? Also, now that they've seen you naked, do you have to see them naked as 'payback'? Or do you just forgive and forget? (Let's say they are NOT members of your family, they could be friends, roommates, friends' of roommates, roommates' friends, etc.)

I'd tell her about that whole "payback" idea, jokingly at first. Gauge her reaction, and move from there.
Or maybe say somthing like "Like what you see?" or "You could have just asked y'know...".
