What annoys me is that youtube has been around for a while, but they only get sued when google buys them - because google has deep pockets.

I knew youtube was gonna get sued sometime. Because is basically illegal to put videos without permission.

I think you're right. I doubt YouTube would have faced this had Google not bought them.

yeah, but it isn't youtube themselves that do that. It's all because of the users. It's impossible to be able to delete every video that shouldn't be up there
