Hey. Im about 155 lbs, and 5'9 tall. I have a pot belly, and I'd really like to get ride of it.

If I exercise, eat properly, and remain very dedicated, how long would you guys say I am looking at to start seeing some major improvements?

I'm the same height, 20 pounds heavier and I don't have a pot belly. Eat healthier, and jog.

Yeah....Im fairly skinny. I can bench 190, so Im not EXTREMELY weak, even though Im not strong by any means. My bad eating habits are finally catching up with me, and Im starting to see some changes in my stomach and chest area.

Well your plan is good if you stick with it...eat healthy, and drink a LOT of water...as in...thats all you should drink - that and gatoraid but not just all gatoraid. You gotta keep your electrolites and minerals in balance. Eat what the suggested serving size is of whatever it is your eating, even salad has its limits. Working out is important as well if you want fast results, if your targeting mainly your tummy, crunches - not sit ups- are the best way to make a change quickly. The key here is self discipline, cause fatty unhealthy foods are addicting. I always had been a sucker for something yummy. :( That and soda *grrz and kicks soda* Good luck with it though!!!

Depends upon the rigors of your diet/excersize.

I've been jogging about 1 1/2 miles a day for the past 3 weeks and lost... I don't know how much weight. But I do remember gaining a little weight at the start, but that was muscle mass.

Heres what to do...

First find your average calorie intake for a week or 3 days time.

After this try to eat 500-750 calories less than usuall. While doing this maintain excersise but not vigorous excersise wich is more for cardio.Just walk everyday and do pushups/crunches/any kind of excersice. You should notice change in the way you feel after a week and after 3 weeks you will start gettin slimmer!

I pretty much starved myself last summer to lose weight. In the three months I dropped 25 pounds. Can't say it was the safest thing to do, but it worked.
