I have a CoolerMaster 690 case that has slots for up to 6 case fans. Most of the Slots are able to support either 120mm or 140mm case fans. Currently I have 3 APEVIA fans installed and 1 Coolermaster, although the APEVIA fans are LED and quite annoying if I leave my computer on while sleeping. I was thinking about buying some 140mm fans to replace what I currently have running. I've heard that generally the larger the fan the less noise it makes. I know that many people like the YateLoon & Scythe 120mm fans but would it be worth it to buy all 140mm fans. I would like to have good airflow through my case but I don't want a tornado sitting next to me.

If you can use biiger fans do it! They can rotate slower and yet drag in the same amount of air as a smaller fan, and this results in it being quieter.

Looks fine to me

Also comes in black. I don't know too much about the 140mm fans, but prob can't go wrong with this one.

That one has an LED though, I don't think he wants one with LED's.
