Crysis is by far the best single player experience, but it's also probably the shortest. You will probably finish Crysis in under ten hours, and play it three times through at most. But it is one of the best FPS experiences of all time, and the multiplayer and editor give it a very respectable lifespan.
I think UT3 is pretty weak. Unless you really like the game and think you will get at least fifty hours out of it, I'd say skip it. CoD4 and TF2 both have much better multiplayer in my opinion. If you haven't tried the UT3 demo, try it. It has a few game modes and several maps. It was enough to completely satisfy what desire I had to play UT3.
WiC I outright dislike. I cannot recommend it at all. I think there's a lot better out there in the form of CoH, SupCom and DoW.
I think firstly you should try demos of all three - having played each game, you should really know what you want, but I would recommend Crysis first, UT3 second and WiC third.
As for the other games, definitely get Grim Fandango and the Monkey Island games. As for Worms, definitely get one of them. There's no point owning two worms games. You won't have any reason to play both. I would personally put Worms above everything on the list - providedyou have friends to play it with. It's just not a single player game. Grim Fandango and Monkey Island I would put below Crysis, but above UT3 and Wic.
