$300 mother-board and CPU

right now I'm looking to stick the Intel Q6600 2.40GHz in a XFX nforce 680i LT motherboard...most likely team it up with a 8800GT running Vista.

can anyone think of a better $300-$330 CPU & motherboard combo?....CPU can be AMD also...I'm not prejudice :P
