Pretty much.

And whoever asked if it is a bad thing. I personally think the Vista only is but on the matter of it turning into an entire PC benchmark, which started in early versions, it depends. There are pros and cons for both and there really isn't a "correct" answer. I can see both sides to the arguement and, personally, don't really care but that might change once I actually start using it.
