430w psu good enough?

is a 430w power supply good enough if im getting an 8800gt, and plan on OCing both the 8800gt and my cpu (c2d e6300)?

no youll need atleast 450 especially with ocing

Should be just around that amount, i'd reccomend 500, but there's a calculator here.

that is the psu i have, i got it last year, wasnt really thinking ahead...
and i'm not gonna do any major OCing, maybe not the 8800gt at all, just my cpu probably.
