First: 320mb 8800GTS is cancelled, Second, the best video card you could buy right now is the 8800GT because it would eat the 8800GTS, its selling for 270$ nowdays. it all depends on if u have a pci-express slot in your motherboard, so do u?

I have an EVGA 8800gts w/640mb and it runs Crysis effortlessly.
1280 x 1024 - No AA - Everything High except Shadows (low) - Shader states "Custom", so I'm not sure what that setting is.
No overclock - 25 - 35 fps
Overclock (650/950) - 35 - 45 fps
I know some people demand more framerates than this, but I'm satisfied so far - it looks really good, and I haven't noticed any slowdowns or stuttering. I don't even turn off any programs running in the background. I guess I could get more if I did????

At what settings?
For my 8800GTS 640MB, I can run the Crysis demo with everything on High and AA turned off and the res. set to 1280 x 960: I ran the demo at 30FPS.
If I OCed my video card I can easily squeeze out another 5-10 FPS boost.
