A few SLI questions

I had a 7600 card, but I messed up installing drivers about a year ago and it gave me the BSOD when playing games.I bought another, and am now wanting to try SLI with the other 7600 i have laying around.

So, how do I go about this?Pop the second card in and enable SLI?

Is it a good idea?What all do I have to do?

Any other useful information?

ALSO, do they have to be the same?I think one is a GT and the other is a GS, and one is overclocked.Thanks in advance guys!!!
