I would wait until the Penryn CPU's arrive, possibly as soon as this Xmass. They wipe the floor with all the chips out at the mo. Read up on em.

Eh.. E6320 is great choice, I'd take it over the 6000+ to be honest..

Do you plan on overclocking?

I have a E6320, I was able to get her up to 2.8HGz without upping the voltage. It runs about 31-33c idle, up to 52c under load. Very good CPU.
