a problem with pc fps...

well its not really a problem, but whenever i jump then strafe and turn, i land where i shouldnt land. usually farther than where i should be. its annoying because i sometimes crater or hit a wall. please tell me how i can avoid this. please forgive me for not knowing what it is, but im new to pc fps.

You answered your own question. I've never seen an FPS that doesn't have some slight air control when you're in the air from a jump. You're jumping then strafing and turning, which is alterting your trajectory. Either don't do it, or be cool and get used to it.
