A seriously wierd error in CSS

Alright, so i have CSS, and on my computer, it has no text in the Menu's at all. Playing the game runs like a charm, but when I enter any menu there is no text. No I have an error in my console that says:

Unable to remove c:\program files\counter-strike source\cstrike\textwindow_temp.html!

It's obviously talking about the text error, but I have no clue as to how to fix this! :cry:

Third time lucky...please, someone has to have some idea what's gone wrong with the files...? Uninstalling it, re-installing it, deleting all the files, no Valve program on my Computer has text in the menu's. Everything runs exceptionally, but whenever I go to a menu, the text is no were to be found. And that same error always reads..

Whenever you got a game/software specific technical error you should go to the developer or the publisher's website for support.

The game files are almost damaged, your PC is not the main prob. but it's the files that inserted in the CD.

the files that controls texts are damaged and need to re-write, the problem is in the files.

that's my point.. cuz i played sims 2, i faced the same prob. then i un-installed it. and i bought another sims 2, it worked normally.

look it up on valves forums, if you get no answer, reinstall.

Isn't it wonderful how I can see all of that text, but whenever I boot up any valve program, there is still no text. Whoop. I'm so very very annoyed right now, and want to play Portal! :cry:
