Add non-steam games to steam?

I just saw this option. Is it worth adding all the games i've gotten that are not steam to add them? Those are Crysis and like 5 or 6 games from D2D.

It just adds shortcuts to the Steam games window. If you open the games through Steam, you can use all the in-game Steam features. You won't be able to download the game in the future. There are only a small handful of games that actually allow you to add them to your account.

I use Steam as my universal game launcher. Better to have all the games in one place for easy access.
