Where did you hear that nvidia drivers just crash and don't relaunch? That's a bit silly tbh, my gtx 460 would do what TC is describing except only during desktop usage. not once did i say this happens i said that IF this should happen and nvidia panel fails they have no auto-restart feature for it. or rather i am unaware of any such feature and the drivers themselves dont fail this specifically is the vision control software failing which in reality is jsut hardware specific bloatware[QUOTE="achilles614"][QUOTE="ionusX"]
basically what happened is amd's bloatware vision center encountered a known bug and corrected itself. i recommend re-installing the latest revision to see if this corrects things i had this happen once or twice with my old 5830. and its actually normal for it to fix itself and yes i agree when it does happen it can be annoying but its actually pretty smart. basically what it does is it restarts the vision center when it encounters a bug or issue during normal operation. if nvidia cards have such a situation it doesnt restart. however ive never heard of it constantly doing this which is why i recommend re-installation of latest revision

Edit* I now see you claim the problem TC is having would just be Catalyst Control Center crashing, which I doubt. At least if it's the same crash I've gotten once or twice with my cards.
