I have a antec 900 case , the only problem i have is the amount of dust it collects on the front and side grill..

Is it just the room im in ? or is it a general antec 900 issue ?

A little of both I'd suspect. The Antec 900 is a notoriously dusty case, which is why I never recommend anyone buy it. Having it in a carpeted room definitely doesn't help.

heh i had the Antec 900 until i needed more hdd room. At least the front and side grills are easy to clean. I have the Cooler Master 932 and it's front end is a pain to clean easily with all the slats.. etc in the way. I'm in a carpeted room, and have a white dog that sheds like you can't believe... i clean this once a week.. including the filter.

I've never really had a big problem with it. When I replaced most of the components recently there wasn't much dust to speak of...and I'm not what you'd call houseproud...

the reason it has dust is the fact it's moving so much air through the case, not hard to fix with a vacuum cleaner-compressed air
