Antec Basiq 500watt good enough for ATI 5850

I cant find anywhere where ATI states the Amps on the V12 rail, it just says 500 watt PSU recommended. This PSU has two 6 pin connectors, two v12 rails, rated at v12 18a. Bringing the total to 36amps.

Here is a review and it can actually pull more watts than rated, it pulled 640 watts in this review.

I dont really have a demanding system, just a basic computer with a q8300, 4gb DDR2 ram 800mhz, no extra drives.

Should I be worried about this, I know ATI did a wonderful job with the power consumption with the 5000 series, I think this power supply is enough, your thoughts? thanks.

it should work and i've heard of 500W PSU working with a 5850.

the my basiq 550watt powers a gtx 280 and oc'd c2d so a 500watt would probably work for a 5850
