Any PC gamers without a console?

Nope. Don't need one.

There are times when I feel the urge to get one, but then the hype for the once-in-a-blue-moon stellar console-exclusive dies down, and you realize you really didn't miss much. I don't just play video games, though; I collect them, admire them, study them. Console gamers can be serious, don't get me wrong, but if you are a true video game enthusiast there is only one platform, and that is PC.

I do own a Gameboy, though. An original. It's actually my mom's now, she plays Tetris on it to this day. Now THAT is a quality electronic device, I think I got that when I was 8 or something.

No console for me since the original Playstation. Games are too expensive (about $100 for new games) and my favorite genre (FPS) is best played with KB&M.

Got a PS3, PS4, Wii U, vita, a 3ds and a new 3ds xl.

I play my vita, 3ds and wii u a bit, and once in a while I'll pull out the ps3 to play virtua fighter, but I hardly ever touch the PS4. If I can get a game on the PC I do, even when I know I shouldn't, like when it's a WB game.

I currently don't have a console. I sold my 360 a while back just because I never used it anymore... always played games on my PC instead.

I don't think a PC gamer needs to own a console (unless of course he wants to play exclusive titles).

Yeah I haven't had a console since my third 360 died.

PS4 basically dust collector down stairs. X1 for Netflix. Don't no why I prefer to watch Netflix on X1 and PC for games.

bonafldetk. It good to have a console just not for games but for movies too. I don't have a blue ray drive so if I rendered or bought a movie I would watch it on consoles.

No need to own a console if console games don't interest you. Last console I owned was a 360 and I sold it after I realized I hadn't turned it on in over a year. No current gen console so far has enough games that aren't also on pc to make it worth the cost to me.

The PS4 exclusives is what making me buy a PS4 once it is on sale. Hopefully that will happen before Uncharted 4 is released.

The first and probably the last console I've owned is the Wii. I also have 3DS which I haven't used for 2 years now.

The last console i bought was Sega Dreamcast. Sega was main reason in console gaming for me, not interest in consoles anymore. PC gaming is where it's at.

I'm PC gamer, but more than that, i'm a gamer, so i buy consoles too if i feel i need to play something they have. only reason i have PS3 and PS4 sitting in my home is From Software. nothing else i play on them. although future will show what PS4 will get.

Well, technically I don't have a console. Left my PS3 at my parent's house when I moved to college so my little brother could continue to use it. So I've been using my PC until I can save enough money for a PS4.

I have a PS3 - sold all the games I had for it (except for Red Dead Redemption, my younger brother still has it at his place). The PS3 is basically a Blu-Ray player and a Netflix/Amazon Prime streamer. I have a PS2 still and one game for it that I really enjoyed.

my last console i owned was the ps2.the main reason why stick with pc gaming is well i like building things so the gaming pc was a big part for me growing up. Not gunna lie i wish i got the ps3 or 360 for the exclusive like gears of war, infamous etc..

Yes, I am! I've been a pc gamer for years and I don't have any console and never had any console of any type or kind, only PCs, phones, and tablets/ipad.

I am beyond happy with my PS4 Pro and 4K HDR TV. The amount of great games on it this year has be insane. Horizon Zero Dawn, Nioh, Persona 5, are all stellar. HZD looks better than 99% of all PC games (with 4K HDR enabled) and this coming from someone who has the specs below. Now is the best time to get a console imo.

@saintsatan: I also got a PS4 Pro and LG B6. I can not give consoles the same endorsement as you. 30fps is shit anyway you put it. They can try to mask it with 4K and HDR, but 30fps is still shit.
