Do a search for the CAL map pack; these are pretty much the standard and not all of them (like cpl_mill) come with the game. Most servers enable "fast map downloading," however, so you should be good to go right out of the box.
Dont forget GG, and ZM maps GG= Gun Game ZM = Zombie
As far as i know, those are just modes and not maps.

ZM servers use custom maps with the ZM designation. Once in a while they play on the standard maps, but its rare. Most use custom skins as well. edit- your misquote messed up my quote as well lol
