Anyone know anything about Cingular PDA Phones ?

I am looking for a good PDA phone that I caan put a little bit of music on. I know most you can buy miniSD cards so that shouldn't be a problem. I want a phone that is decently sized and browses the internet well.

 My friend has a blackberry pearl and I like it but I don't want the same exact thing just something similar in size and price.

I am also wanting to know what cingular data package is right for me.

I just want to be able to browse the internet and check my email about once a day nothing elaborate.

Any suggestions appriciated thanks.
