[QUOTE="GeneralShowzer"][QUOTE="V4LENT1NE"][QUOTE="GeneralShowzer"] It isn't much of a dream. Halo's online isn't anything special, it's still bested by such classics as UT2004 or Battlefield 2.

Player base says other wise.

So MW2 is the best online shooter ever created?

Pretty sure I didnt say that nor does my statement incline that.

You said "played base says other wise" as if to allude that the quality of a game is proportional to the number of people playing it. MW2 has way more players than Halo 3, so it's a more quality experience?

Indeed, the "player base" is just stupid. It's like comparing it to a movie. About 40 million people saw Meet The Spartans and 20 million saw Blade Runner. Now does that make Meet The Spartans a better film?

Player base can also justify quality, MW2 is a very high quality shooter, so sure why shouldnt it be one of the best multiplayer games ever created. A lot of people enjoy it, you can have good clan matches, ton of depth, modes, support, isnt that what multiplayer games are all about?

Nice numbers for a lame argument with no backbone. If people enjoy it then why not, thats what opinion is all about.

You want backbone? Well here's the backbone: http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=meetthespartans.htm and http://boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=bladerunner.htm

This is 100% backbone, some people just go with the crowd. The only game that they know will always be MW2 and the next Call Of Duty.

Your comparing a movie from the 80's to a movie from present in terms of money made, are you serious dude do I even need to start with this?

Thats all you have then I guess? I have seen you try to justify things before on the forums and all you do is try to base your opinion as fact so it gets debunked in about two seconds. You cant bash a games numbers and try to justify it just due to opinion and expect to debate with that.

no. MS call the shots on AW so the chances of seeing it are pretty slim.

This is the same situation as when Gears 2 and Fable 2 and Halo 3 was released. Everyone was asking or hoping for a PC version and there never was one. Microsoft has moved on and found out the hard way that it was competiting against itself between the X360 and PC. They are favoring the X360 over the PC because they can make more money on the 360. I'd say get a 360 if you really want to play this game or just stick with your PC and play other games. There are tons of other games to play on the PC.
