Flashy graphics are better than totally irrelevant graphics. You can play WoW without even looking away from the mini-map and the charts/bars. AoC is a game you actually have to control your character in.

WoW if you have an older PC, AoC if you have a beefy PC, an 8 series or 3870 from ATI preferred.

I would debate you on your definition of one of the greatest games (go check out any alll time list) of all time but it's obvious you have the intellectual capacity of squirrel.

Thats not proper PvP, the Air combat is a vehicle mingame, much like the bombing of that Nagrand city, the sieges? well ... a building destroys ok great, too bad Blizzard have lost the whole "Horde vs Alliance" thing so dont expect anything more than losing "Zone buffs".

Something people seem to have missed.

I prefer AoC already. It's only going to get 100x better when everyone starts getting into seige pvp.

The only time I'm ever looking away from WoW while playing is when I'm on one of those damn long flightpaths :P

When I used to play WOW I could top damage charts in top end raids by simply pressing between 2-3 buttons, hardly ever moving. Most of the time I watched T.V. while I was playing, WOW doesnt exactly demand a lot of attention or skill.

World of Warcraft is better imo, since it's been out longer and has had more time to improve.. although I might pick up AoC this weekend.. since my account (along with a little under a million other players) got permantley banned for using MMO glider. Learned my lesson. :(The_Sand_Man

I've noticed alot of hate towards WoW recently simply because of its popularity. Every time a new MMO comes out, everyone tries to take a cheapshot at WoW. When LotRO came out, everyone was up in arms about how pretty the new graphics were and how much better it was than WoW. It flopped. Hard.

Now that AoC is coming out everyone seems to be taking another cheapshot at WoW and its players. I have an idea, why don't you try and understand opinion, and how everyone has a differing one.

AoC, I got fed up with WoW after a while. I really hate being forced to group to get anywhere in a game. I work a graveyard shift and trying to find a good english speaking group gduring the hours I played was next to impossible.thanatose

and once Warhammer comes out AoC will be the new LOTRO, dead servers with few raid guilds. Then the (fill in the blank) will come out and Warhammer will become the new AoC. Meanwhile Lich King will come out and WoW will hit 12 million players by 2009....and I don't even play it anymore, I'm sick of it but Blizzard does a heck of a job.

i might have to agree....i just stopped having fun in wow. it was always about the next big thing always. the next raid..the next weapon it just wasnt fun anymore it felt like i was playin tamagotchi. my player became my pet. always wanted him to have the best stuff..but again unlucky ppl like me never got the best stuff tht was coz i didnt want to spend 6 hours on the game. i am not saying aoc is hell different but it makes u feel like u control every action of ur person. no more auto attacks or repetitive gameplay. and plus in wow if ur lvl 65 which i think is high u barely kill a lvl 70. i think the whole concept of wow is to get player hooked on so tht they dont leave until they accomplish their personal goals. i havent played aoc yet so i am talking abt aoc based on players who stopped playin wow for it.

Even though there are alot of WoW haters out there it is an AMAZING Game

Not as amazing as AoC though, the revolutionary bloody combat and spells
