Try Rappelz or Sword of the New World, I thought both were pretty good.

you could try conquer online its a pretty good game to play has friendly people but it is pvp so that could be a good thing or a bad thing =P

Thats in closed beta tho and its hard to get in.... Not to mention the current situation with flagship studios.

I don't know why people are talking about it, no-one in flagship has said anything so it's just a rumor. and i'm playing it right now so the servers are up. And it quite easy to get in.

To begin with, how does EVE online qualify as a FREE MMOG?

Next, I have just decided to avoid free mmog's like the that uncle that always asks you to pull his finger... They tend to be just about as fun for me...
