Thanks to Fraps I take pictures all the time. Well, almost. It's fun to capture cool slides in DiRT, or maybe a memorable moment in HL2. So far, I haven't played many games worth taking pictures in them. But I do have plenty of DiRT or HL2 pictures.

I like X-fire you can do it all using it and it doesn't use up many resources

if you have Xfire press Scroll Lock+S, if you have Fraps you can set the button you whish to take screenshots while in game

If you don't have any programs just press print screen then go into a program like paint and paste (ctrl+v) then save your work.
