[QUOTE="mudflaps2001"]What about L4D makes it tactical? The only thing I did when I played the demo was shoot waves of zombies.
The demo was fun but I don't see it holding my attention for very long, so I'm going to pass. I might pick up L4D in a few months.

Hmm well the fact you can only hold one item, a pipe bomb or moltov can make the different between life or death in Expert difficulty. Further more with friendly fire on, on expert difficulty, a close range shotgun shot can immoblize you so you have ot be careful.. Furthermore there is odvious weaknesses with each gun, and communication is a must.. So yeah it is pretty tactical though it is by no means suppose to be like a shooter such as Tom Clancy.
So pick your gun, use your grenades wisely and don't shoot your teammates - right? I don't see how that is different than any other shooter, yet I never heard about how tactical SoF2 or BF2 were. Just a thought, I really don't care either way... and I'm sure anyone interested in this game doesn't either.

nope, not paying 40-60 for a 2-4hr game
I really liked the demo, but 50 bucks id high for what it is. I got TF2 for 9.99 on sale and it seems better that l4d. I like the zombie motif and co-op ideas, but 50 bucks?
