Asus 19" vs Hyundai 22"

Which should I get? This or this? Keep in mind I can't stretch my budget passed that and I'll be buying off Amazon.com, Newegg is just easier to post the specs and stuff.

I actually bought that Acer for a friend for his birthday it's a great monitor if you don't have a lot of desk space, but want a high resolution.
