I just got the game FUEL for PC, and went to check on 'CAN YOU RUN IT' and for recommened my Graphics Card comes up as ATI display adapter (0x9480) instead of ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650. And says that the game is incompatble as it needs 512MB video Ram while mine has 2.3GB of Video Ram.

Please Help

I am lazy, is that an integrated card? 2.3gb's of regular ram =/= vram. Yours may very well work though, what is the rest of your specs. PS better suited for the pc hardware forum

just to clarify whch GPU u actually have and how much rAM its using, please type sys into ur start menu and choose system information when the menu loads. once u have brought up the sys info box, click on the left the word "componenst", then choose "display". now on the right hand side this will tell u what GPU u have under "adapter type" and how much memory its drawing (some of the slim cards can borrow system memory in a turbo mode).

doing this will jst allow us to gather more info to help u,

pc games are generally NOT built with laptop cards in mind. with that said, an error in the reporting is nothing to worry about.
