Oh god yes. One of the best games of its kind I have ever had the privilege of playing. Was even worth the $40 price tag. Great story, tremendous atmosphere, good characters, and excellent action.I only have $10 currently to spend on this sale on Steam. Steam is offering Batman: AA for $10. Should i buy it?

But i heard it's really short

It's not too short, and the production values are so high that you probably won't mind the game length anyway. It's a great game, definitely worth $10.
I would buy this game at $10; if I didn't already have it. This is surprisingly entertaining from beginning to end. The story and characters are very well done.
can you play with a controller? It's the only thing I want to know before buying the game...
ABRed
Yes, I think it was built with that in mind. I would use a 360 controller if you have one.
Just another question: how good does it run? Would you say it runs better or worse than a game like Bad Company 2?

The game works great with mouse and keyboard as well. Just an all-around fun game.Does anyone know what the download size is roughly? Thanks

I'm not sure. I have a hard copy of the game, and it takes up about ~8gb when installed, if that helps.

With a decent gaming rig, it should play very smoothly. I don't remember having a single problem with the game, tech-wise.
I got the demo, why cant i change video settings in it? i just need the graphics a little bit lower. Can i change them in the real game?
I hate 3rd party DRM especially on games that are available on steam but do not let that prevent you from getting this game, besides it has a revoke tool that pretty much removes all traces of securom from your system. Give the game a try you wont be disappointed.the activation limit stops me from buying this..

just played the demo and enjoyed (even though I'm not a big batman fan.and with all the extra information with those riddler trophies etc. accessable for newcomer.
This topic just convinced me..I'm buying it
I can run it with everything on high except AA @ 1920x1080 on a 8800GT and it runs very smoothlyJust another question: how good does it run? Would you say it runs better or worse than a game like Bad Company 2?

[QUOTE="theshadowhunter"]Doesnt the game come with a revoke tool as well? I don't see whats the problem. it shouldnt have this protection in the first place thats why, to me this is worse than UBIsoft DRM, they have their crap with you have to be online to play blah blah, but they dont limit your installs, TBH id take UBI DRM over this crap anyday.the activation limit stops me from buying this..

But with a revoke tool your installs are not limited, your reasoning doesn't have any logic, you are talking more about personal principles then about a real fact why you shouldn't buy this game. because when you can install/uninstall how much you like (as you can with a revoke tool) that argument has no value.
You get some challenge mapsAlso, what bonus features do we have since it's GOTY version? Is there additional content?

I heard this to but lasting me alot longer then expected 15 hours so far just on the main story and I've just reached killer crocks lair. Theirs alot of stuff to find in the game with all the riddlers challenges and patient interviews that unlock interesting backstory and batman lore there's actually a purpose to finding it so i enjoy spending the time finding them not to mention you gain points for doing so that level you up so you can get new abilities for batman. Theirs also a challenge mode that should offer some more entertainment after your done with the game but i haven't touched that yet.
Defintly worth the $10 tc one of the best games i've ever played and runs great i can max it out at 1080p with a 5770 and stays above 60fps almost all the time with a few rare dips.
i think im one of the few that doesnt like this game.
for $10, its worth it though. its just that by the end, it felt like a chore to me, and i was only trudging on in order to take care of the OCD part of me that has to finish a game.

I liked the game at first, but it is too easy and became kind of boring. I got about 1/3 of the way through and haven't gone back to it. It's definitely got a lot of positive things about it though. I'm hoping the sequel is harder and more fun.
I envy you so much...omg i just got a $400 buck paycheck and i am going crazy with steam sales atm
tutt3r
Also, i bought the game :) Only going to install it next month, though. Download limits FTW!
