Hi, i have a VisionTek Radeon 9200se 256MB video card. Not that hot.... i know. I looked at the requirements for BF2 and it says that you need a Radeon 8500 or better. (anything worse than 9500 would be a total lag though according to other multiple websites).I have been doing some googling and i found out that with other cards the same as mine if you change the AGP from 8x down to 4x you will play lag free.... i want to know if you guys have done this is BF2 or in any other game and it changed the gameplay. I also want to know what else i could do to make this card play lag free...(i know it can be done... ive seen it with my own three eyes)lolz

you just did you have 1 gig of memory, that is also goign to be a problem is it not? .... I am prett sure that battlefields games atleast when playing online take quite the toll on your computeres memory.

and the P4 2.6 ghz isn't too sweet either, but for that game should be ok.

The ATI X850 Pro @ 256MB is AGP, and it can run battlefield 2 on medium/high with no lag.

That, and the fact that is cheap, the card itself is cheaper than battlfield 2.

try Ebay, i saw one for 20 dollars
