There is no answer . Just read various 7850 reviews and decide yourself. You and only you know what you want out of a card One model might overclock a bit better but it might be a bit noiser. Other model might not overclock as good as other model but might offer much better temperatures Performance wise more or less are the same unless we talk about pre Overclocked models and even so most OC models have small overclock from the manufacturer that the performance increase is minimal ( let alone you can achieve the clocks of most pre OC models with any normal model so paying more for OC models imo not worth it )

I have no idea. The highest clocked ones i know of are the His Iceq 7850 Turbo and Powercolor's PCS+ 7850, both clocked at 1ghz. But i don't know if it's worth spending a little extra on these.

You don't need to you can get the ICEq x regular 7850 and just overclock it to the turbo levels.. That is what I did.

Well my PSU is 650w and I dont care much for noise or electric bills. Room is cold all the time with good ventilation. I could use a bit of overclocking.

What brand fits my criteria?

Best brand is pretty subjective since it changes depending on what you're looking for... extra performance, extra cooling, lower price, warranty, etc.

dont care much for warranty or cooling. Ireland is pretty much cold. I do care for performance. I'd like lower price too but not at the cost of performance

You're really picky :P

Go with whatever the cheapest one is.

And you've been given answers. There is no number 1 answer. The choice is still up to you. Like the one I mentioned - cheap but very good. You can find different cards with higher clock speeds but then you're also paying more, so... there, basically.

ClassicRockFTW

Well, the difference is that with 2GB you have twice the amount of video memory than 1GB. I'd go for 2GB for sure. That's pretty much the standard/minimum video memory capacity nowadays.

it gives more performance which is what you said was of paramount importance to you so FFS I don't get all the questions when all that matters is that. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131472 boom highest performance... personally my favorite brands (which I already freaking said) are in order are 1.sapphire 2. MSI 3. gigabyte so I would prb choose one of these, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102984 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127663

Maybe not with a little OCing, but it is still a very capable processor. The BE are especially geared for OCing.
