Unreal Tournament, any ofm are good. I like to find games that are easy to learn at my lan parties. Assuming your lan party is small, stay away from CS unless everyone is familiar with it and can hold their own - otherwise it can be very frustrating.
I don't go to LAN parties or anything like that, so I only LAN with my little brother since we have 2 PCs. The most fun we've had was in Swat 4, Rise of Nations, Rome: Total War, and Medieval Total War 2.
