Wow that texture mod is fantastic!! Gives me a reason to actually finish Crysis 2. I do wish grass textures for games would be like like actual blades of grass though. Seems like all grass textures look like crap, but hopefully someday that will be possible.

It would take extra power to render each individual blade of grass though which would kill your system

But check out this guys work, I used to follow his tutorials on CE3 stuff and he did his own grass it's pretty sick

I played through it with Maldo HD Texture Mod, Blackfire Mod, and Quality Mod. I never took any screenshots though to show you what it looks like

I absolutely hate blackfire's mod. It makes everything bloomy and blurry.

Ah I see. Yeah I know you can toggle the DOF but that's not what bothered me. The colours or something seemed off and everything was very hazy and hard to look at, the bloom was a bit much. I'm more a fan of just simple colour correction mods and textures anyway because vanilla C2 looks great it just needs a bit of tweaking

those mods really make the game look great, im getting inspired to play this now.
