I want to spend around $500 - $600. I will want to do a bit of gaming, so a decent video card would be good.

Go to newegg..look for dedicated graphics card laptops. You can find some for close to that cost. AND they are fine for average gaming.

i only see 2 recommendations...one was a dell and then I said go to newegg. ummm, newegg is about as good as you can get. as far as that dell goes??? i dont know.

you wont get many "good" replies for this price range so look for yourself i guess.

Or maybe you don't know that laptops are more expensive and you won't find anything good or decent at 600. Your best bet is to go used/eBay.

Best Buy has a refurbished Asus G60 that I can't link for some reason on their website for 629.99. That would be a great buy.

If YOU knew anything about computers you'd be able to find your own god damn laptop. Seriously dude. You asked for recomendations and we gave you some. If you don't like them than keep it to yourself

This is the closest I could find (still $50 above budget), but you won't mind many non-intel based graphics accelerators in that price range (atleast for a new laptop). http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220753
