Best Midrange Laptop question

Hey I was wondering how much I should be looking to spend for a laptop that will survive like the newest games coming out? I don't really want to spend over 1400$ and I have been checking out Ibuypower.com and cyberpowerpc.com and they look decent buy I don't have enough knowledge to know exactly what I need to play the newer games that are going to be coming out, thanks for the help guys.
