You still have too much irrelevant information in your ad. People can look up prices on their own, and typing too conversationally is a turn-off to some potential buyers. Here's an attempt at a more focused sales pitch:

High-end gaming computer in excellent, like new condition. Used for about one month with no issues. Fully capable of playing any game at max or near-max graphical settings.

I would also take some better, in-focus pictures - one or two of the outside and one of the inside.

In some areas, it can be difficult to sell high-ticket items like gaming computers. If Cleveland's market is anything like Detroit's (and I'm guessing it is), it may be a while and take a few repostings before a serious buyer makes an offer.
