Best player home for Skyrim?

What are the best player home mods, or home mods for Skyrim? I want something fancy. :P Anyone know of anything?

Also, where in the world can you purchase good weapons in Skyrim?

Also, I don't want to buy it. So, it needs to be one I can just get into, or one that I do a mission for is fine.

My personal favourite is Dovahkins Hideout, but there are many others such as The Asteria which is really cool. It adds a huge floating dwemer ship to the lake west of riverwood. Oh and why would you want to purchase a weapon you just find them on your adventures or craft them.

I dind't buy one weapon or piece of armor in Skyrim. I had so much loot thrown at me that it was rediculous! There was a fantastic Players house in one of the top 5 mods of the week here at GS. It was a few weeks ago. It will be on the Skyrim nexux website

What does Dovahkiin's hideout have that people recommend it so often? From its description it just seems like a basement to your homes that doesn't add anything, am I missing something here?

Plus it has a door to every house you can buy, the thieves guild, and the Archmages chambers which is really useful at times.
